An online dictionary described a poor person as a destitute: that is someone who does not possess the necessities of life. Who is always in a condition of want and need. And is unable to take full care of his necessities and that of his environment, whether immediate or distance. A poor person is also an Indigent: that is a Destitute of property and lacks the basics of life sustenance. All the above descriptions culminate into a state called POVERTY. Which is the quality or state of being poor or indigent; suffering from want or scarcity of the means of life sustenance.
